  • 10x10: Welcome (Start HERE!)

    Welcome to FLOFICIENT's 10x10 Training Series! In this short video, Kristin walks you through what to expect as you get ready for your very first 10-minute workout! What you'll need periodically throughout this challenge: Yoga Mat + Sneakers + Light Dumbbells (or 0.5L water bottles)

  • 10x10: Day 01 (Yoga Foundation)

    Who says you need an hour for yoga?! Roll out your mat get ready to flow with your first 10-minute workout! In this class, we'll breathe through a few classic standing yoga poses to literally start you off on the right foot ;)

    What You Need: Yoga Mat

  • 10x10: Day 02 (Core Strength)

    Time to wake up your core! Get dialed into your epicenter of strength with this abdominal-focused workout. In Day 02, we'll crank up the heat a bit with side plank and mountain climbers.

    What You Need: Yoga Mat + Sneakers

  • 10x10: Day 03 (Yoga Flow)

    It's yoga time again! In this 10-minute flow session, we'll move more fluidly with your breath so you can squeeze in a few extra poses.

  • 10x10: Day 04 (Upper Body Strength)

    It's upper body strength day! Grab a light set of weights and let's put your arms to work with shoulder presses and push-ups!

    What You Need: Yoga Mat + Sneakers + Light Dumbbells (or 0.5L water bottles)

  • 10x10: Day 05 (Cardio Break)

    We're going to work today! Waste no time with your Day 5 cardio break! This fast-paced, heart-pumping workout uses interval training to help you make the most of each and every second.

    What You Need: Yoga Mat + Sneakers + Light Dumbbells (or 0.5L water bottles)

  • 10x10: Day 06 (Yoga Balance)

    You're officially past the half-way point! Welcome to Day 6 where we get back into the yoga groove with a little balance work to help you recover from your Day 5 cardio session.

    What You Need: Yoga Mat

  • 10x10: Day 07 (Lower Body Strength)

    It's leg day! Did I mention it's my favorite day?! Let's dig into those powerful quads, glutes, and hamstrings with a few squats and lunges.

    What You Need: Yoga Mat + Sneakers + Light Dumbbells (or 0.5L water bottles)

    P.s. feel free to grab heavier weights on this one if you'd like to crank up...

  • 10x10: Day 08 (Yoga Heat)

    Ahh....back to the mat with yoga today! We'll keep the heat cranked up on this one as we flow through some cardio-inducing sun salutations.

  • 10x10: Day 09 (Total-Body Strength)

    You're moving right along! Day 9 is all about total-body stength. That means we get to combine upper body, lower body, and core work for one all-encompassing head to toe workout!

    What You Need: Yoga Mat + Sneakers + Light Dumbbells (or 0.5L water bottles)

  • 10x10: Day 10 (Cardio Boost)

    You're only 10 minutes away from this finish line! Let's finish strong today with a little cardio boost! It's back to interval training with 10 new exercises.

  • 10x10: Bonus Day! (Yoga Stretch)

    Stretching is the best! Let's ease some tension and reward your muscles for all their hard work with this relaxing, cushy stretch session.
